Michael Thomas Bruner

Michael Thomas Bruner was born in El Paso, TX on February 27,1973 to Thomas Bruner and Judy Marcum Bruner. He passed away in Mission, TX on February 3, 2025 at the age of 51. Michael attended schools in Midland, TX, and graduated from Lee High School in 1991. After attending Texas A & M University, he joined the US Navy, where he served as an electronics technician. After his military service, Michael lived in San Angelo, TX, and then in Houston, TX, where he worked for Foxconn.

Michael was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Judy Bruner, his grandparents, Buddy and Jackie Marcum, and Jewel Thomas Bruner, his aunt, Del Marie Rogers, and cousins, John Tom Bruner and Bob Rogers. He is survived by his father, Thomas Bruner and wife Barbara, brother, Marc Bruner and wife Zoe, stepsister Julie Brunson and husband Phillip, sons, Ryan Matthew Burns, Michael Shane Bruner and wife, Carly, and Jacob Joseph Bruner, stepchildren, Jasmine Ramirez and Xavier Ramirez, granddaughter, Diana Bruner, uncle, John Bruner and wife Valera, niece, Addy Bruner, nephews, Alden Bruner, Tristram Bruner, Graham Bruner, and Joshua Brunson, and cousins.

Michael will be remembered for his intelligence, creativity, sense of humor, computer expertise, and his love of the outdoor sports of fishing, camping, rafting, and hiking. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
