Martin Villarreal Obituary

Martin Villarreal, a cherished pillar of his community and a beacon of kindness, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 82. Born on January 31, 1943, in Alamo, Texas, to the late Catarina Mancha Villarreal, Martin's life was a testament to the enduring power of love and friendship.

Martin grew up in a lively household, the beloved brother to Juan, Simona, Miguel, and Manuel, all of whom, except Juan, predeceased him. His early years in Alamo laid a strong foundation for the compassionate man he would become, known for his unwavering kindness and friendly demeanor.

As a devoted father, Martin's legacy is carried on through his children: Yolanda Villarreal Limon, Jaime Villarreal, Norma Linda Perez, Manuel Villarreal, Martin Villarreal Jr., Mida Villarreal Garcia, Roque Moya, and Graciela Moya. He took immense joy in his role as a patriarch and was a guiding light in the lives of his 24 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, who will remember him for his boundless love and the wisdom he imparted.

Martin's life was marked by an extraordinary ability to forge deep and lasting connections with those around him. His genuine interest in the well-being of others made him a treasured friend and respected member of his community. His warm smile and hearty laughter were a comfort to many and will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Throughout his life, Martin nurtured a welcoming home where friends and family gathered, drawn by his loving nature and the sense of unity he fostered. He was a man who lived by example, showing through his actions the importance of being kind and friendly to all. His presence was a source of stability and joy, and his influence will be felt for generations to come.

Martin's passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who loved him, but his spirit remains alive in the many stories and memories shared by his family and friends. He will be lovingly remembered as a man who cherished his family above all else and who made the world a brighter place with his kindness.

The Villarreal family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the community for the outpouring of love and support during this time. Martin's life will be celebrated in a private ceremony, surrounded by his family and close friends, honoring the extraordinary man he was.

In his journey through life, Martin Villarreal taught us the true meaning of kindness, love, and friendship. His passing is not an end but a continuation of his legacy through the lives of those he touched. We take solace in knowing that his spirit will forever be a guiding light to us all.
