John Franklin Evins, 72 yrs old, was born on Nov 7, 1953 in Austin, Texas to Richard Samuel Evins and Betty Nell Mason Evins. John passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at his home in Edinburg, Texas. John was a veteran of the United States Army having honorably served his country.
He was preceded in death by His parents, His Brother Paul Morris Evins.
John is survived by his sister Karen Evins Townsend and his niece Julia Evins.
Graveside services will be Friday, December 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg, Texas. Military Honors under the direction of VFW 8788 of McAllen.
