His family connections were a central part of his existence; one could always find him organizing family gatherings, ensuring each moment spent together was cherished. With nearly 23 years with General Motors, Hector was not only a skilled engineer but a linchpin in the Arlington Plant's success. His colleagues revered him as a visionary leader who fostered a one-team ethos, instrumental in making the Arlington plant prosper. Fostering friendships with his co-workers, Hector was revered not just as a boss but as a cherished friend to many. Beyond his career, Hector had a passion for the outdoors, often found fishing, drawing with meticulous attention to detail, or creating memorable BBQs for his loved ones . Our dad loved to dance and sing karaoke he never missed any birthday of any family member with a phone call singing "Sapo verde to you, you live in a zoo, you smell like a monkey and you look like one too". Just days before his passing, he gathered his family for a meal, a testament to his dedication to family connection and unity. Hector's impact was not confined to the circles of his family and work; he radiated love, integrity, and kindness. As the Luna family mourns the loss of Hector, they also celebrate the extraordinary life he led—a life marked by love, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to enriching the lives surrounding him.
