Gregorio Arriaga, 85, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026. He was born on November 29, 1940, to Prudencio and Consuelo Arriaga.
Gregorio was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who cherished his family above all else. He shared many loving years of marriage with his beloved wife, Maria Natividad Arriaga. Together they built a family rooted in love, resilience, and strong values.
He is survived by his children, Rita Arriaga, Yehude Greg Arriaga, and Arely Arriaga; his cherished granddaughter, Angelina Nicole Arriaga; and his siblings, Paul Arriaga, Jose Arriaga, Consuelo Arriaga, Chavi Arriaga, Beatrice Delgado, and Tomasa Delgado. Gregorio also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will remember him for his warmth, wisdom, and enduring spirit.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Prudencio and Consuelo Arriaga; his son, Gregorio Arriaga Jr.; and his brother, David Delgado.
Gregorio had a passion for life’s simple joys. He was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan who rarely missed a game. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, working on and driving his truck, learning new trades, and playing his guitar. His curiosity and willingness to learn something new were qualities that inspired those around him.
Those who knew Gregorio will remember his hardworking nature, his love of music, and the pride he took in caring for his family. His legacy lives on in the memories he created and the love he shared with those closest to him.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
