David Adam Garza, known affectionately as Adam by his loved ones, tragically passed away on January 2, 2026, in Hargill, Texas. Born on July 13, 1984, in Andrews, Texas, Adam's infectious laughter and warm presence brought joy to all who knew him throughout his 41 years of life.
Adam was a cherished son, father, brother, and friend. He is preceded in death by his brother Andy Garza, his paternal grandparents Plutarco and Estella Garza, and his maternal grandparents Teodoso and Olaya Munguia. His legacy of love and laughter lives on through his devoted parents, Plutarco "Jr." and Maria Garza, his adoring children, Jesus "Jesse" David Garza and Leyla Garza, and his caring sisters, Lisa Ramirez and Brenda (Anthony) Allen. Adam's extended family, including numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts, will forever hold him in their hearts.
Throughout his life, Adam was known for his strong work ethic and dedication. He was a refinery supervisor at several cooling tower and construction companies, where his colleagues respected him for his reliability and camaraderie. Adam's involvement in his work community was marked by his willingness to lend a hand and his ability to lighten the mood with his quick wit and humor.
Adam's interests and passions painted a picture of a man who loved life and the simple pleasures it offered. He was an avid football fan, with a particular devotion to the Dallas Cowboys. His enthusiasm for the game was contagious, and he enjoyed nothing more than watching a game surrounded by friends and family. Adam was often the center of attention at gatherings, not because he sought it, but because his natural charisma and humor drew people to him. His love for family gatherings was evident in the way he greeted everyone with open arms, offering hugs and kisses freely.
Those who knew Adam will remember him as a gentle soul with a faith-filled heart. He was always ready to help others, whether it was fixing something around the house or offering a listening ear. His ability to make people laugh was unmatched, and his funny anecdotes and jokes will be fondly recalled by all who had the pleasure of hearing them.
Adam's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the impact one person can have on the lives of many. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. As we say goodbye to David Adam Garza, we celebrate the time we had with him and the countless memories that will keep his spirit alive in our hearts.
